Every interaction in SyncSpark follows the same pattern. A customer texts your business number. The AI reads the message, looks at the conversation history and the current state of the job, and drafts a suggested reply. That draft appears in your inbox with an approve button. You tap approve — or edit it first — and the message sends. Nothing goes out without you saying so.

What the AI Actually Sees

When a new message comes in, the AI doesn't just look at the latest text. It reads the full thread — every message back and forth, plus the current stage of the job. SyncSpark tracks each conversation through a series of stages:
